The wheels will fry and the cones will burn: the best Slalom Skateboarders of National and International Ranking confirmed their presence at this widely-publicized competition. Jason Mitchell, the current world champion and Chicken Barret, the former champion, will come to Brazil to experience the innovative Brazilian Slalom.

This event, ratified by ISSA (International Slalom Skateboard Association), will finalize the ISSA Brazil 2007 ranking leading to the ultimate World Ranking ISSA 2007.

Expecting over 2,000 fans, the circuit will be set up in the area of the famous curve of the "Laranjinha", termed "Orange". The lanes will be set up in a giant slalom, where the athletes should reach inspiring speed and demonstrate high technical performace.

www.44Skate.com has announced they will sponsor Brazilian Boarder Rogério "Sammy" Nogueira. This site, a major eCommerce supplier of skateboard decks, trucks, and wheels, will give Sammy the opportunity to test several brands of wheels and decks. They will supply him the necessary accessories as well.

The music will be provided by Dj Poisé -- he promises to light a fire at the event and at the post-party. It will be an exciting day climaxing with a lot of skate music and party.
